Property Manager

Lawrence Group seeks a dynamic, high-energy, meticulous individual to lead its team responsible for several assets located in downtown St. Louis. The ideal candidate will have five to eight years experience in property management, a strong comprehension of market dynamics, and exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overall management of the firm including planning, marketing, budgeting, leasing, maintenance supervision, and administration while simultaneously providing residents with the highest quality of consistent service and support.

  • Ability to demonstrate a positive track record of improving the financial viability of property assets by increasing rental rates while stabilizing or improving occupancy
  • Possess an inherent sense of urgency and a desire to maximize productivity
  • Champion the continual improvement of firm systems and processes
  • Manage, motivate and inspire a team environment centered around collaboration
  • Monitor, track, and assess the performance of one’s self and employees to identify opportunities for improvement and take steps toward generating solutions designed to achieve firm goals
  • Experience with RealPage’s OneSite property management software preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft® Excel
  • Position is based on-site in downtown St. Louis

Interior Design Positions

Lawrence Group is a national architecture firm, headquartered in St. Louis with offices in 4 US cities and with a total staff of about 180 people.

  • Interior Design Intern in their junior or senior year at an accredited University.
  • Interior Designer with 2 to 7 years’ professional experience in an architectural office.

Interior Design Candidate Qualifications:

  • Excellent design and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent digital presentation skills, preferably including Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, details, methods and standard building codes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a minimum requirement; the firm has fully implemented Revit on all new projects.

  • Architect / Designer I with 2 to 5 years professional experience in an architectural office.
  • Architect / Designer II/Project Manager with 5 to 10 years professional experience in an architectural office, senior living or health care experience preferred.
