Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional courtesies to visitors
  • Minor paint touch up as needed
  • Changing light bulbs as needed
  • Place linen and trash bags in designated areas
  • Oversees, common areas, and storage areas clean and safe at all times
  • Handling daily work from existing residents and office staff
  • Working with contractors as necessary
  • Sorting and delivery of mail
  • Light building maintenance
  • Organizing and ordering supplies
  • Move furniture as needed
  • Perform all other duties as required

  • Must have valid Missouri drivers’ license with a clean driving record.

Intermediate Architect

Our New York Office is seeking candidates for an intermediate architect position starting immediately. The office is a boutique design office with around 12 architects and designers. Project involvement may include working on national retail design and roll-out, hospitality work, or other building renovations in Manhattan and across the country.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • 5-7 years professional experience in an architectural office.
  • Excellent design and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent digital presentation skills, preferably including Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, details, methods and standard building codes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a minimum requirement; the firm has fully implemented Revit on all new projects.

Application Support Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all applications in the application portfolio. The position acts as primary interface to the computing services customers that are supported by the information technology department to effect real time problem analysis and resolutions. This position is also responsible for the overall maintenance, upgrades and review of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation and assists in all aspects of supporting the operational activities of IT.

Position responsibilities:

  • Management, support, optimization and upgrades of all applications
  • Experience in providing excellent troubleshooting and Tier 2 support of end users and associated applications

Position responsibilities:

The marketing manager position is responsible for managing and supporting the marketing department under the guidance of the director of marketing. The role encompasses a number of varied responsibilities that are critical to the success of the firm. The role includes collaboration with principals, project managers, business development professionals and consultants and interaction with clients and prospects. Your success leads directly to the success of your coworkers and the firm.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Mentor and supervise marketing team members
  • Develop and produce accurate, high quality proposal/qualification, presentation materials and award submittals
  • Schedule and provide on-site coordination of professional project photography
  • Develop and implement process improvements for knowledge management and proposal process
  • Manage client satisfaction survey and testimonials process
  • Assist with marketing and social media planning and implementation
  • Research new business opportunities, market trends and competitor information as directed
  • Coordinate client-related special events as needed
  • Assist in public relations efforts as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience recommended
  • Excellent computer skills, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated experience in creative and technical writing
  • Experience implementing marketing programs and processes
  • CRM and database experience a plus
