Over the past decade Lawrence Group has designed over $700 million in housing projects encompassing over 8,500 beds. We design housing solutions that respond to market demand including affordable housing, on and off-campus student housing, market rate apartments, private condominiums, single family homes, hotels, service enriched housing, and senior living environments. We believe the cross pollination that occurs through exposure to multiple housing markets make our solutions adaptable, cohesive, and evoke the emotion of place making. We have also worked with numerous states’ low income tax credit programs, supportive living programs, and the federal government’s multiple HUD programs.
