This project includes interior and exterior renovation of two buildings at Olive and 21st Streets—the 8-story, turn-of-the-century Hamilton-Brown Shoe Co. building and an adjacent 10,000-sf building—into office space. This rehab project qualified for Historic Tax Credit and the building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
