Triumph Grill

The design concept for Triumph Grill is based off the increasing demand for a new destination restaurant in the surrounding entertainment districts.
The restaurant serves an important secondary function providing catering and banquette services to the adjacent Moto Museum gallery space during events.
The overall goal of the design itself was to develop a project that not only compliments the adjacent Moto Museum aesthetic, but also adds value and attraction to the local districts nearby. This is achieved in a space that is upscale yet warm and inviting and appealing to a broad demographic.
The restaurant includes a full service kitchen, bar area, five distinctly designed dining areas that play off of a “moto” theme (through custom lighting and vintage motorcycle artwork), wine display and liquor storage room and public restrooms. There is also direct access from the restaurant to the adjacent Moto Museum gallery space.
