This fast-paced project consolidated a total of five FM stations as part of a renovation on two floors in a Michigan Avenue tower in Chicago’s “Loop.”
Our plan accentuated views of downtown Chicago and Lake Michigan, and our design relied on significant re-use of existing furniture, systems and partitions to deliver the job on schedule and with no loss of broadcast time.
One floor includes reception, private and open offices, and meeting space, and the other floor is used as a technical area with studios and control rooms, racks, and other equipment. Clear Channel Entertainment and Premiere Radio also occupy this floor.
