Clear Channel Chicago - Five FM Stations and Offices

This fast-paced project consolidated five FM stations and renovated two full floors of a Michigan Avenue tower in the Loop.
Taking its cue from context, Lawrence Group’s plan was carefully orchestrated to accentuate views of downtown Chicago and Lake Michigan. Moving into space previously occupied by a different tenant, the design relied on significant reuse of existing furniture, systems and partitions in order to deliver the job on schedule and with no loss of broadcast time.
Converting the upper of two floors into a general business area with reception, private and open offices, and meeting space, the lower floor was reserved as a technical area and included studios and control rooms, racks, and equipment. Clear Channel Entertainment and Premiere Radio also occupy this floor.
