Phase I units range in price from $165,000 to $345,000 and range in size from 750 square feet to 1,600 square feet. Phase II includes a fitness room and on-site commercial space in adjacent renovated buildings. Phase II condominium units range in square footage from 900 square feet to 1,500 square feet.
