Myrtle Hill at Washington Park
Denver, Colorado
Myrtle Hill at Washington Park, a 2.8 acre site, is a partial renovation of the 62,000 square foot Denver International School and new construction. A portion of the 1928 exterior will be preserved and converted into 10 lofts that will range from approximately 1,326 to 2,640 square feet.
The remaining portion of the school has been demolished and eight Brownstones will be built just south of the existing 1928 structure. A new alley, located down the center of the property, will serve as parking for all homes.
