The Manhattan is a12-story high-rise with 266 residential units and 356 parking spaces. The average size of the units are 1280 square feet.

All of the apartments are designed for condominium conversion. Two-story townhomes ring the building to hide the parking structure and foster an intimate pedestrian scale at the street. The building includes generous balconies, a health club, a common landscaped deck, all with a mix of contemporary and traditional styling. Apartment units are designed as traditional or open loft spaces.
