Stratford at West Clay - CCRC

This CCRC project is comprised of 218 units; 40 bungalows, 136 independent living facilities, 30 assisted living units and 12 skilled nursing facility beds in a 4-story new construction building.
The design is inspired by the 19th century architectural style of the Villages of WestClay, a traditional neighborhood development (TND). One-story English-cottage style bungalows offer two bedrooms, two baths, laundry room, patio, and attached garages and range in size from 1,275 to 1,390 square feet.
The main residence and commons building, located adjacent to the bungalows, offer multiple dining venues, swimming pool and fitness center.
