Heisinger Bluffs is an addition to an existing skilled nursing facility on a CCRC campus. The building jogs along the banks of the Missouri River from four stories to one story and provides residents with stunning views.
Phase One is the addition to the skilled nursing facility with a state-of-the-art special care facility focusing on alzheimers care.
The existing residential care unit was converted to a 60-bed skilled unit. Phase Two is an assisted and independent living facility with administration areas. There is a total of 63 assisted living units and 120 independent living units. Phase Three will be a future wellness center.
