Park Place at WingHaven includes assisted and independent living options at WingHaven®, a planned community of picturesque shops and convenient services. We worked with the client to design Park Place for resort-style living optimizing views of the surrounding natural beauty. The new four-story building comprises one and two-bedroom apartments, and penthouse apartment homes with views.
The apartment homes are designed privacy and comfort, most with private patios or balconies. We created spacious floor plans designed for both independence and security. Amenities include a fitness room, spa and indoor pool. The onsite assisted living option includes indoor sitting rooms, outdoor patios and walking paths, an activity center and theater.
