Rodgers Townsend is a trend-setting, nationally acclaimed, full-service marketing communications agency headquartered in St. Louis. Their goal for the renovation of Cupples Station’s “Building One,” an historic warehouse, for their headquarters was to use the building’s past to “layer the future with history.”
Open plan/systems furniture, glass partitions, and partial-height walls articulate individual areas and contribute to the open environment that links the building’s past of warehousing goods to its present, and future, of warehousing thought. Open break-out areas, coffee bars, and open-source technology allow creative cross pollinate throughout the agency. The project accommodated the 150-person advertising agency on four floors totaling 48,000 square feet.
