Lawrence Group worked with Conrad Properties, their marketing consultants and Saur & Associates to create an inviting and unique open plan display units for each of the three “neighborhoods” within Maryland Walk.
Thirty-seven different unit layout options were created to satisfy the needs of the project. Lawrence Group also designed three sales centers and all public spaces, including building lobby, offices, elevator lobbies, fitness center, conferencing center, hotel rooms, party rooms, and media room.
