Lawrence Group converted the former Pet Milk building into 118 luxury apartments. Constructed in 1968, the 16-story Pet Milk Building is one the finest examples of “New Brutalist” style architecture in the United States.
The existing Plaza level serves as amenity space with a hot tub, outdoor fire pit and views of the Arch grounds. Floors three through 12 contain a mix of one and two-bedroom units. The 13th through 15th floors contain two and three-bedroom units with panoramic views of the Arch grounds, Busch Stadium and downtown.
