Creating a distinctive moviegoing experience
AMC Theaters wanted to continue their vision of delivering distinctive movie-going experiences to their audiences across the nation. To enhance the concession experience, they partnered with Lawrence Group to design new convenient, fast-paced dining options in their theaters.
Lawrence Group has designed “The Marketplace” at more than 140 AMC movie theaters nationwide. Ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 square feet, this innovative design incorporates a grab-and-go concept, revolutionizing the traditional concession line by enabling patrons to select concession items before proceeding to the checkout area. This new approach reduces the pressure on customers to make decisions at the register, and speeds the checkout process for all.
