The Associated General Contractors of Missouri (AGCMO) recognized Iron Workers 396’s new Union Hall in the 2021 Keystone Awards program. The project is a finalist in the GC/CM/Prime Contractor Building Construction Under $15 Million category.
Iron Workers 396 Union Hall is a ground up, 13,400-square-foot headquarters featuring a two-story entry lobby and atrium, great hall, boardroom and private offices. The new building highlights the Iron Workers’ trade, and replaces the local union’s former facility. Lawrence Group provided architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and construction services.

The organization’s annual AGC Keystone Awards celebrate excellence in safety, innovation and project delivery. Winners of the 2021 Keystone Awards will be announced at the AGC Construction Awards Gala on Nov. 4.
