PRINCIPAL
Todd Bundren, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C
Todd leads multiple project teams that focus on national accounts in the retail, hospitality and senior living markets, including a national rollout of more than 100 Panera Bread locations. He also serves as Lawrence Group’s director of sustainability, leading sustainable design and LEED certification efforts for the built environment. Todd joined Lawrence Group in 2006 and has more than 15 years of experience.
ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL
Angie Eslinger, NCARB, LEED AP
Angie is an architect, project manager, and senior living and multifamily housing leader. She leads projects ranging from $5 to $32 million in construction cost and is highly experienced with building codes, fair housing, and licensing regulations related to all levels of senior living care. Angie joined Lawrence Group in 2005 and has 20 years of experience.
Bob Korte, NCARB
Bob specializes in healthcare and lab design. He has led numerous academic lab and hospital renovation projects for BJC HealthCare and Washington University School of Medicine. Bob joined Lawrence Group in 2007 and has 15 years of experience.
Jim Shearer, RA
Jim is project manager with experience in a variety of markets including higher education, hospitality, multifamily and mixed-use buildings. He has led projects for clients such as the University of Missouri, Southeast Missouri State University, and City Foundry STL Phase 2. Jim joined Lawrence Group in 2004 and has more than 20 years of experience.
Sara Moritz
Sara is Lawrence Group’s director of information technology, and has been an instrumental part of advancing the organization for future success. She recently led and fast-tracked the firm’s initiative to modernize its IT infrastructure, allowing the organization to be flexible, mobile, adaptable and more secure. Sara joined Lawrence Group in 2010 and has more than 15 years of IT experience.
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Josh Bitzer
Josh joined Lawrence Group in 2015 and manages the firm’s production software of choice, develops and enforces common BIM standards within the organization and builds and manages content libraries.
Todd Fallert
Todd joined Lawrence Group in 2018 and has more than 20 years of IT experience. As the firm’s IT systems administrator, Todd manages the organization’s servers and virtual IT environment, and provides end user support for employees.
Shane Healey, LEED AP BD+C
Shane joined Lawrence Group in 2018 and has more than 10 years of experience including healthcare and retail design. He is currently working on the firm’s Panera account, a refresh and rollout of more than 100 cafes across the country.
Stacey Steinfeld
Stacey joined Lawrence Group in 2019 and has more than 10 years of interior design experience including retail design. She currently manages all of the due diligence, construction documents and permitting services for one of Lawrence Group’s longest standing retail accounts, America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses.

Rebecca Curtis, NCARB
Rebecca joined Lawrence Group in 2019 and has five years of experience in medical and retail design. She is currently working on the Tend account, a retail rollout of innovative dental suites across multiple cities.
Nick Faust, AIA, EDAC
Nick joined Lawrence Group in 2018 and has four years of experience in healthcare, municipal and higher education design. His experience includes SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, Texas State University Film and TV Studios and the City of San Marcos Public Service Center.
Taylor Messingham
Taylor joined Lawrence Group in 2017 and has five years of interior design experience including hospitality and multifamily design. Her recent work includes Angad Arts Hotel and the food stalls at City Foundry STL.
Leo Sanchez, RA
Leo joined Lawrence Group in 2021 and has five years of experience including hospitality, multifamily and workplace design. His experience includes work for Austin Community College and Black’s Vineyard, a vineyard resort located in Driftwood, Texas.
