Lawrence Group’s landscape architects, John Iffrig and Jordan Wilkinson, hosted a public meeting with the City of Ballwin, allowing residents to see a first glimpse of the master plan for the 28-acre Vlasis Park. John and Jordan presented two different options: Concept 1 included areas for sports activities while Concept 2 focused on natural features and event spaces.
The City of Ballwin was excited to reach out to their residents and hear feedback for the community park. Residents were to share their opinions of the plans or leave anonymous notes for concern. After hearing the community’s feedback, John and Jordan present third concept featuring a combination of both plans.
