Challenge

Epoque Golden is a luxury apartment community nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Views of the Front Range and Table Mountain were central to the design. Each apartment features nearly floor to ceiling glass in the main living space opening onto a private patio or balcony as well as over-sized bedroom windows.

Solution

Lawrence Group combined slider door and full height, fixed panel windows to maximize the amount of glass in the living room. The bedrooms feature large, fixed panel over awning windows, sized to address natural ventilation requirements. The complex accommodates 120 apartments with numerous amenities including conference and lounge space, two-story great room with bar, private dining, catering kitchen, fitness and yoga rooms, terrace and balcony, pool, spa, sun deck and community gardens with amazing views and access to residents.
