Saint Louis University, a long-time client of Lawrence Group, wanted to create a unique guest experience for this 51-room boutique hotel. To engage visitors in the Grand Center Arts District culture and experience, the team was challenged with creating a design that focused on the themes of fine art, performing arts, architecture and music.


Lawrence Group was able to carry these four themes from overall room design to the smallest detail of the hotel. Custom casegoods and details such as door pulls in the shape of an abstract flute and headboards with abstract photos of instruments along with musical accessories combine to create a boutique feel. Designed to a modern aesthetic, the hotel offers a unique visitor experience and has received national recognition.
