After two years of planning and design, Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis announced plans for a new, nine-story outpatient care facility.
The new 659,000-square-foot facility will focus on outpatient cancer care and provide a central location for advanced care. Plans for the facility include 96 exam rooms, 88 infusion pods, radiology and breast imaging services, and hematology and chemistry laboratory space. Additionally, an elevated pedestrian link will connect the facility to the Washington University Medical Campus.
Lawrence Group is providing design services for the project alongside New York design firm, Perkins Eastman.
