St. Louis Union Station Receives Economic Impact Award

Commercial Real Estate Women of St. Louis (CREW-St. Louis) recently awarded St. Louis Union Station with the Economic Impact Award. The award also honors CREW-St. Louis members and affiliated firms who played pivotal roles in the project, including Lawrence Group and CREW member Lisa Morrison.

Lawrence Group began working with Lodging Hospitality Management (LHM) in 2012 after the management company purchased the St. Louis Union Station property. Since then, Lawrence Group has provided architecture and interior design services for three unique dining experiences – 1894 Café, Train Shed and Soda Fountain – as well as the award-winning Grand Hall, a 28-room hotel addition, and more than 55,000 square feet of meeting, exhibit and flexible event space. Lawrence Group also provided landscape architecture services, including the new boardwalk around the lake.

Lisa Morrison was the project manager for all three restaurants, Grand Hall and the hotel addition. Furthermore, she continues to work with LHM on additional retail and hospitality concepts at Union Station. Additional Lawrence Group team members who played a key role in various Union Station projects include Dana Peck, John Iffrig, Jordan Wilkinson, Chris Clark, Olivia Chrostoski, Taylor Messingham, Greg Trost, Jim Shearer and Kevin Le.
