The Building St. Louis Awards celebrate the commercial real estate projects completed in the prior year that had the biggest impact on the region through investment, jobs created and changes to the surrounding area. This year, three Lawrence Group projects received recognition:
SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital
The $550 million replacement hospital and academic medical facility received the Project of the Year award. Lawrence Group provided master planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and landscape architecture services.
City Foundry STL
The 15-acre mixed-use development earned recognition as a finalist in the Renovation or Conservation More Than $5 Million category. Lawrence Group provided architecture, interior design, graphic design and landscape architecture services for Phase 1 of the project with Phase 2 currently underway.
St. Charles Community College Agriculture and Culinary Arts Building
St. Charles Community College’s new culinary center received recognition as a finalist in the Projects Less Than $10 Million category. Lawrence Group provided architecture and interior design services.
